Can I edit my order?
Will allow changes such as address or quantity within 24-hour period of order via email.
What material is the backpack made of?
The backpacks are made of PU (polyurethrane) leather (faux leather). Product material is considered vegan.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we are shipping within the U.S. If you are international and would like to order product, please contact us via email.
How do I make a return?
Unfortunately, due to recent pandemic, all sales are final. However, if something went wrong upon arrival, or have any issues, please feel free to contact us.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order, then 5-7 business day for shipping.
How to clean backpack?
Best way to clean backpack would be with soft cloth/towel, warm water and mild soap, but antibacterial wipes can be used. Test the mixture on a small portion of the backpack. Before continuing, make sure no discoloration or stain is present. We do not recommend ever using washing machine for this product.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
How are you handling current health and safety concerns?
Safety is our priority and precaution is taken at all times. Products are packaged and process with gloves, surface area is cleaned and sanitized multiple times throughout the day, and hand sanitizer used in between packaging each order.
What method of payment do you accept?
We except debit/credit cards and Apple Pay.
How do I track my order?
Once order is processed, email with tracking detail will be sent.
What are the dimensions of the backpack?
Measurements are 17 in. x 6.5 in. x 13 in.
